Once a piece has been published, it no longer needs to appear in the All Work tab, which should only include pieces that are in progress. I find that I am constantly scrolling through lots of pieces to find ones that I've missed, or started. It would also be great to have a 3rd tab for imported work.

Could we have the ability to create categories of our own work, and then be able to assign images into specific categories.

Folders in Pigment My Work to catalog different subject matter

Like many others, I’ve been in Pigment for several years and my colored pages are out of control. I use some of them to send as birthday cards, Christmas, etc., but they’re difficult to find. To keep this from getting too complicated, or increasing storage space too much, perhaps you could give us a limited # of folders (say 5) and allow us to name them since we all have different needs for filing. Actually, I haven’t thought this completely through, but if we’re using pics that are already there, would it even increase storage space (as mentioned by someone else)?
I agree with another customer that this has been in consideration for a long time. Can we see some results anytime soon? I want out of my CHAOS! 🤗.

I think it would be AWESOME if we had the ability to pick up to 10 of our favorite works that always get shown first in our gallery and then have the rest listed chronologically as they are now. This would be a simpler solution to this issue. May not fix the entire idea, but would be a start.

Please add a folder structure to My Work. One of the main reasons I got pigment was so I could add my own images in and have - series of books based on however I would like to organize the content. A folder for flowers, mandalas, faces, etc, where you just add the images to it.

When sorting images, a basic file directory structure would be incredibly helpful. Being able to sort images in any way you choose - by content, progress, author, etc., would really help the app to be more organized. As you already have a sort feature to separating out the available pages, user named folders placed in the My Work area should not be too difficult a transition. One of the main reasons I began using pigment was so that I could color without always having to bring my extensive collection of art supplies.

Currently any uncolored pieces are just randomly showing up in my All Work section. I follow several designers and I grab their designs as soon as I spot them. I have to scroll through to find the ones I have saved for later to color. Also have to scroll down to find a design I haven’t finished.

Pigment are you working on any portion of this? Those of us who use the app daily and have hundreds of entries could really use all or some of these ideas. Even if only for premium members ! Thank you for your consideration. @DrDi

I would like to be able to organize my own work gallery (not published). It would be great if there were “tags” that I could apply to each picture and then sort by those tags. Want to see all your free hands- add that tag and sort! Wanna see all your greyscale - add that tag and sort! Wanna see all pictures that include fruit - add that tag and sort!

I would love to be able to view my gallery and those of others by colored Pigment pages, imports, and freehand drawings. I would also like to arrange my gallery as I see fit, much like an artist at an art fair would do...present my best work (in our own opinions) first. My free hands are much better than some of the colorings I have done and would like those to appear first.

In my paper journal I collate pages into groups or sections. I have a section title then the individual pages. Could we do something like that? So I could create a section called ‘organise’ and behind that I’d store my calendar pages, monthly, weekly and daily log. This would help me find the pages I want quickly and not have such a messy main screen as only the sections would show. It might have to be customisable though so it can be switched off.

This idea was proposed 2 years ago and states that it is ‘under review’ still. Is this something that is likely to happen in the near future? Also your Active items seem to have been ‘active’ for a while now, are we any closer to seeing any of these come into fruition? I have been a member for nearly a year now and haven’t seen a great deal of change and am considering whether to renew my subscription.
