Brushes (or Clone, Burn/Dodge or otherwise adjust photo elements for better interactions)
It'd be great to be able to add color (even if limited) or at least burn/dodge areas, especially on the background.
For example, I was just trying this out yesterday and I'm happy with the example I made (attached) but it would look a lot cooler (and open up more possibilities) without the distracting blurry guy in the back. Would love to just toss some black over him, clone stamp, or burn the area dark enough that he's not visible.

Undo after flattening
I inadvertently flattened and I can’t restore my image. I’ll have to start all over again. Frustrating.

Importing and saving as .gif
Would definitely go pro if I was able to use the app for .gif files without “ruining” the .gif movement

The ability to create an edit multiple layers without needing to flatten
It’s not possible to make further adjustments once the image has been flattened to foreground or background currently. Having multiple layers allows for more flexibility if I change my mind about placement, etc.

Adding ‘blur’ feature to both foregrounf, mask AND background
This way one can add some DOF effect simulating close (masked) fireground or distant background.
Enabling ‘blur also mask’ on the foreground layer and a ‘blur also foreground’ on the mask later would be great.4 votes -

Color edit tool, choose color or erase saturation
Tool to change the color of a selected area or layer while in Foreground, Background, or Erase modes.
Possibly programmed to utilize the existing Color Spectrum palette (found in the initial select type-of-background function), by linking the Palette as a tool in another mode.

Import / Export project file via iTunes File Sharing
So you've worked quite a bit on many projects, and it's starting to eat up the disk space of your iPhone. You need to delete the projects to make space, but you want to backup the project data (with layers, masks, foreground&background photos intact) so you could work on it at a later time or use it for reference. There needs to be a failproof way to backup and re-import the project data, and that would be thru iTunes File Sharing.
Currenly, Union does not support iTunes File Sharing. This is a basic iOS feature, and should be a required…

Add an iMessage sticker app
I've been using Union a lot lately to make PNG's with transparent backgrounds that I can use as stickers in iMessage. The challenge is that I then have to find an iMessage app that will let me import the stickers I make with Union. Some don't maintain a PNG's transparent background. I would love it if there were a Union iMessage app that let me do this and could except imports from Union. I would be willing to pay for that iMessage app :)

Able to share projects through Union
Sometimes I share my project with my friends and they give me feedback on. But I wish I could just send it to them through Union and they'll be able to edit it

Sessions synced across all devices
Like adobes software. I like your apps better. Be better than them and incorporate either a sync across all my iOS devices so every device has the same sessions. Or a cloud system of sorts

Orient the Loop previewer relative to device orientation
I suggest orienting the loop previewer to be independent of device orientation. And, perhaps allowing the user to custom place the Loupe so that it reappears in the same location relative to device orientation.
For instance, currently, when masking, the loupe is above the area where the user is drawing or editing the mask because it is designed to assume that the user is always going to use the device in a vertical orientation.
Myself, coming from working with a graphics tablet background, I tend to actually turn the device so that I can always draw my masks using strokes…
