  1. Add images as shapes.

    Currently, images are added to the art board, but I would love to be able to add them as shape objects.

    Without this addition, it remains challenging to make interface mockups using Assembly (which is something I'd love to be able to do with it).

  2. Add inner shadow effect.

    It would be really cool if the 'Shadow' property could be toggled to allow for an inner shadow effect.

  4. Please add the ability to zero out the rotation on object groups.

    When you create a group of shapes, you have often rotated a number of them into various non-standard positions. When you group them, the group as a whole is assigned a rotation value (I assume an average of all of them). It would be nice if a group could be set so it's rotation was at 0 degrees when created.
    From a design perspective, this would make rotating groups easier. Especially with snapping on.

  5. Ability to change transparency of shape stroke

    I want to be able to adjust the transparency of the stroke of a shape. When I make a circle or any other shape with semi transparent fill... Wouldn't it make sense that I should also be able to make the stroke transparent as well?

    This would truly be a great addition. It would provide more flexibility for me. I want to create semi transparent designs but sometimes the shapes are way too thick. I can adjust stroke thickness... I just need to be able to make it transparent as well. Thanks!

  7. Patterns scale and not scale toggle

    Currently if I enlarge a pattern the pattern scales larger with the size of the shape...this is OK...

    however it would be nice to enlarge a pattern shape and have the pattern remain small... in otherwords, not scale bigger as the shape is enlarged..

  9. Ability to flatten shapes into one

    After working on a project with many many shapes, assembly became unresponsive and slow. Flattening shapes would be good to make larger projects.

  10. More default artboard sizes, including custom size

    Add the ability to enter custom art board canvas sizes or have an auto-resizing canvas that grows as you extend your creation.

  12. Shadow and stroke for grouped shapes as one single shape

    when we group shapes it would be great to shadow and stroke as one, not every single shape in the group, at least let us decide it with a button

  14. Add Canvas Display Modes

    Render drawings in 3 different density modes:

    non-Retina mode
    Retina mode
    Infinite mode

    Non-Retina mode shows you how your drawings will look like on non-Retina displays (most Macs) Retina mode draws with double density - this is how your drawings will look on Retina displays (most iOS devices). Finally, the Infinite precision mode previews your drawings with infinite precision - no matter how far you'll zoom in, the drawings won't be pixellated.

  15. "SVG" editable shape

    I think this Assembly application is much going better if Assembly Creator team Add a "SVG" Editable Vector on each shape.
    Sometimes i want too trying to create some of my own shape to my Design but i can't, because shape is limited to edit.
    Hopefully i can able to edit a shape somededay.

  17. Counter-clockwise shape rotate button

    So you can easily rotate back if you miss the angle you wanted, and not have to circle back around.

  18. "Deselect all" button

    Have a "deselect all" button, so that if you are zoomed in on a group of shapes and want to pan the screen, you can without accidentally grabbing another shape that may be in the background, or having to zoom back out.

  19. Allow basic keyframe animation

    It would be great to be able to do very basic keyframing, or being able to setup a series of "states" and export to gif.
