Removable Text Box in Templates
I love your templates but sometimes I would like to be able to delete the imbedded text box and create my own text box. This would allow more freedom with text size and style within the template. Have the lock option if you want to keep the embedded text option

A trick I use for this is add a shape and move it over the text box and recolour it to match the background then group the shape and background. Works well!

I've had a much easier time with this now that they've introduced cropping! When you go to crop an asset, it flattens the asset into an image and will remove the textbox; I just click the crop button to flatten things now, you don't have to actually crop it either. (:
