Convert colors to gray scale or monochrome
The ability to convert all images to gray scale or black and white. Sometimes the images in Black and white because it prints better. But also gives more flexibility to our layouts. The color picker And opacity selection could then be combined when editing an image so that I can create watermarks or stationery. I can also see this feature helping to create shadows with layering. It would be cool to also be able to convert multi color images to a monochromatic color. For example shades iof green.

Resolution
I have been inspired by the layouts available, however, none of them are quite right for me. I would like to create my own and import it which I know how to do - but I need to know what the dimensions would be for a full spread and a half spread. Does anyone have this information? Thank you in advance!

To be able to group and ungroup one’s own collection that they bring in
It would be awesome if one could bring in a bunch of images at once (i.e. a group of small grid templates) and then be able to ungroup them and rearrange them with Zinnia items as well.

Language Planner
I would absolutely love to have a Language Planner. I am currently learning English and Japanese. Therefore, I think it would be so great if Zinnia have templates for all skills like Vocabs template Grammar or etc.Some study routine and note pages for writing down while we listening to podcasts or watching movies

Templates for doctors and save whole journal as pdf
Hello.
I love the app, tks for working on it and accepting suggestions.
I’m a doctor and I’d love to have patient chart templates as you do have for students and teachers.
I’ve been using the app a lot to study and I think it would be great if I could save my entire notes journal as a pdf. Being able to crop pictures in app and having a sliding feature for hand writing would be also useful in my opinion.6 votes -

Default writing mode when opening program
I would find it very useful to have Zinnia opening direct in writing mode or have that as an option tab.

Adding filters and effects to your page
I had an idea about different textures for pages. Recolor has a cool filter that you can put on after a page is colored. It changes the whole page to be that style. They do a good job of making this easy, and compatible with a phone

Export spreads with filters / stock backgrounds
Since sharing work on social media is such a large part of the planning & journaling community, I think that an option to export your spreads in different ways could be imperative in getting users to share their Zinnia-based work.
Ideally, the "planfluencers" (as we are unfortunately called), like to set up their spreads, photograph them in aesthetically pleasing ways, and then share them online. Most of the popular accounts create extravagant flat-lays to surround their work.
My idea is that we create an export "filter" option, where you can place your spread in stock imagery to make it appear…

Create own sticker
It would be great to have the ability to have a sort of “design space” where you could essentially create your own stickers using the items in Zinnia. For example, I would like stickers for “clinic closed” and appointment dates.

Using multi select to add tags
In the My Stuff section, you can select each asset and delete it. It would be great if you could select each asset then select ‘edit tags’. And be able to update the tags for multiple items in one go.

More dated journals.
I don’t want to have to enter the date every day. You have some excellent templates that are not a regular calendar style or list. Not purchasing. Let me know if you add this feature for more styles.

The option to create a single page rather than an entirely new journal
Often times, I want to create a single page that does not coincide with any of my existing journals. I would love the option to just create a single page and then NOT have to select which journal it is going to or have to create an entirely new journal just to stick it somewhere. That way, I am not stuck with 10 different random journals all for a single page. I would like for there to be two tabs: one for journals and one for single pages.

print option for individual half pages
I use Affinity Publisher (AP) for printing 8-1/2 x 5-1/2 booklets. I use Zinnia for hand drawn pages. From Zinnia I print to PDF then insert the PDF file into AP. Zinnia only prints the full 8-1/2 x 11 page spread but to insert correctly I need the 'half' page. Please provide the printing to PDF the individual 8-1/2 x 5-1/2 pages. Thank you, -Fred

I loved the various artists you use to have. It seems like you have stopped or drastically reduced that type of content.
