Optional gridlines / snap-to-grid
Please please please!
Of all the requests, this is one of the two I am most interested in seeing met!
Trying to create a grid or aligning stickers and items is extremely time consuming. Often- I find myself wanting to replace certain aspects of templates (like weekday headers, or the lines/boxes currently used) and it’s a serious struggle to align them straight. It’s also very difficult to create your own bullet/checkmark boxes that are straight.
I try to toggle the grid background to help- but since the grid isn’t completely resizable (with aspect ratio), it only helps in certain circumstances.
A nudge tool (like the one in procreate) would also help with this issue.
I want to thank Pixite and the Zinnia team for creating such an exceptional app. It’s clearly built with immense thought and care for the users. And the quick response to user requests is something I’ve never seen a company even do. I’ve tried to plan and journal for years- even digitally- but could never stay with it. Thanks to Zinnia, I finally do. 3 months and counting. You have a customer for life.

This might eliminate the need for an alignment tool?
A grid tool to be able to make our own calendar, meal planner, etc to any size we want.

This is not Microsoft Word, or ExcelI or some boring app like that. However, I believe there may be some other obsessive compulsive people out there such, as my self, who NEED for things to be centered or symmetrical as a part of the personalizing process. While also being creative, ironically enough. So the ability to access to rulers or grids of some sort if they are needed.
Be able to align stickers same width apart, same size, etc, and for text as well would be great.
Just like what the snapping feature in assembly does.. for example!
Idea 💡 for a template or overlay. Pre set grid to divide page into equal parts. Rows and columns
Jenny during initial alpha testing 1/15/20: Would like to make lines or grids easily (grid tool, auto straighten lines, lines or grids in library)
