Ability to stretch content / unlock aspect ratio
Ability to stretch content so it fits better horizontally or vertically. For example, I want this paper background to fit my spread perfectly, but it's just slightly too wide. I'd love to be able to shrink the width just a tad so it fits the area.

I’d like the paper packs to function similarly to the washi tape in that I can resize it to make it any size square or rectangle I need.

Now that the ability to import pdf journals and items is available (so very cool btw!) the ability to size an image horizontally and vertically would make my list complete! All other updates would be icing on the cake!

I would love to be able to use stickers in a more free form way like stretching. Currently they hold their shape as you resize but would love to be able to make it skinny but stretched across a page. Or any combination of movements.

It is SUCH an inconvenience when you find the perfect insert for a document but the size doesn’t match what you need and you can’t edit or play around with the sizing. For example, washi tape allows for me to lengthen or widen the insert. Inserting a text box doesn’t…?

Wish with the frames, shapes, and other things like that you could adjust the aspect ratio (like you can with text boxes) rather than just resize, so that you could make them fit a custom height/width. To evenly frame a photo, drawing or note for example.

After finally deciding to become a premium member because of how much I love this app, it has been several months since upgrading and there have been NUMEROUS times when trying to create my own customized journal pages that I cannot successfully do so because the stickers and templates I have chosen are not fitting in a frame or layering properly bc they need to be either stretched, made smaller or cropped.
The absence of this essential feature creates extreme frustration that I quite often stop using the app and turn to GoodNotes.
I absolutely love everything about this app but it is very disappointing that this feature has not been added yet as a function.
I have read so many suggestions regarding this same topic dating back to 2019. It is very clear after reading these threads that so many of your customers agree it is essential when customizing your own journals to be able to crop and stretch.
Please highly consider making this a feature soon as it will make loads of users extremely happy and reduce frustration!

Hope this gets done as well. It is very hard to manipulate frames, paper packs if we can only make them into a square. We cannot manipulate them into a rectangle

Im guessing the reason that we haven’t seen this happen is because you guys use SVGs/vector images (I think?) and thats what allows your content to be so high quality.
So- I understand if most content is unable to do this. But-being able to do this with some of the more simple content- like boxes and shapes would be INCREDIBLY helpful and perhaps more doable??
Another option would be to allow us to draw shapes and have them snap into those shapes. I think goodnotes does this as well as procreate. Even apple notes. That would be a lovely feature to add and I find boxes and shapes to be the major thing I wishI could resize. Thank-you!!

This is what I’ve been wanting from day one. I hope they add this soon.

I want to be able to resize things such as frames in any direction, such as just change the width or just the height. This would allow for me to use the frames that I want in more places. I would like to be able to do that for more than just the frames. The dividers as well. I find it really annoying that as I make a line longer it also gets thicker.

With the washy tape’s we can stretch lengthwise and height wise. I find myself wishing I could do that with the notepad because I may like a design but it doesn’t fit the space I’m trying to fill.

For text boxes, frames and speech bubbles! Especially frustrating not being able to change the Idaho or height of these.

Both resizing in any direction and cropping would make the provided content much more usable.

For frames, I’d like to unlock aspect ratio when resizing.

Yes! Especially frames, dividers, etc that you need to stretch specifically to fit a certain area
