It would be nice if users had a way to connect or post their templates to a community space for inspiration.

Real time sharing, editing and viewing journals with other invited users such as you can do in Google docs etc
Invited users would all have access to the same journal to edit on different devices and would be updated as such on all devices for all users.

When I make planners with my friend it doesn’t appear when we edit except for when we edit and then share, edit and then share and it is very tedious when we could just use live collaboration

This really needs more votes! I created a “cookbook” journal with a menu & grocery list page, but no one in my family can add their own recipes or make changes to the grocery list UNLESS I give them FULL access to my Zinnia app with ALL my journals in it! I have an option to “Share” the pages or journals as a pdf or jpg, but that doesn’t allow them to make changes that I can see on my journal.

Ideally, I could have a section of “My Journals” that allows me to lock specific journals with a pin to keep my collection as private as I’d like. There would be another section for “Shared Journals” where I could find journals that I am collaborating on with others.

I literally use Zinnia for everything except my planner for this reason. If my husband and I could both see and edit one planner in Zinnia then I would delete the not as good competitor permanently very quickly! We both edit in one planner daily with our kids college events and owning a business. It’s imperative to see each change or addition the other makes.

Would love it so multiple people could work on a project together- want to use this for business

The ability to collaborate on journals would be a VERY helpful addition. I am a teacher and my assistant and I use this app to document information for students. We previously used another app and we were able to see what we had each written on documentation so we could keep running records.

It would be nice to share a page our journal for couples. My boyfriend uses it too on his iPad and would be nice to make group grocery list our family savings plan to update together!

I second this!!! Please! I want to do to do list, chore list for the girls, and I have a debit tracker. It would be nice for my husband to make edits and I see them for his debits.

In the notes section on the iPhone I make list and if he adds something it tells me. Is there an option like that?

Please make it so you can share a journal and have multiple contributors to that journal. My friend and I have a paper journal we write in and mail back and forth but want to be able to do this on Zinnia so it’s instant!!!! Sort of like Google docs!

Invite people to edit and share your planners. It would be so helpful to have people who share my subscription via family sharing to have access to a shared schedule\planner
