Zinnia does have an eye dropper for the drawing tool and also for changing the background color of a page. Long press on any color from your color palette and you'll see the eye dropper in the top right corner of the Color Wheel modal. To change a background color, tap on your background, tap "Color" and you'll see the eye dropper in the top right corner of the Color Wheel modal.
