Photo frames
Would like the ability to rotate photo frames to add photos and to be able to adjust the sizes to fit the photo rather than visa versa. The cropping inside of the frame doesn’t work that well so it would be easier to crop the frame to the photo if possible.

The ability to design entire journals without having to make every page individually.
For instance, create an entire months worth of daily pages at one time that auto date, and copy a unique design without having to make every. Single. Page. Individually. Seriously, creating 30 identical pages where the templates are in the same place every time is time consuming as all hell.
Also some of the month templates aren’t the right number of boxes. Like this month started on a Saturday and is 31 days, a 5x7 template doesn’t work. There are two days that don’t fit on the template and it’s nearly impossible to expand them perfectly. So the ability to…

A way to save our favorite font
I’d like a way to favorite, save, etc my favorite fonts. I’m familiar with the recently used font scroll, but those often get booted out from me trying different fonts while trying to make a decision. I’d like to see a “favorite fonts” tab soon!

Pin colour palettes to every tool
I want to pin the highlighter colour palette to the highlighter tool, and a muted colour palette for one technical pen, and brighter colour palette to another technical pen and ballpoint palette to ballpoint.
Currently I have to pick and change the palette every time. If I am using the highlight palette, it will stay for every tool.
There should be the ability to assign a particular colour palette to different pen/ tool.1 vote -
More negative and dark content
When we are journaling, not everyday is bright and hopeful, I think we need more negative or darker contents to channel our feelings healthily, there are surprisingly very very few contents can be chosen from, when you are distressed and you are searching for something relevant, you can only get those cute crying or sad face, and some encouraging messages that asking you to keep going, which is not helping entirely

Custom crop, erase, or remove background from images
It would be great if we could have the ability to remove background (whether that's AI or magic wand type selection, layer masking manually, or just an eraser brush that affects that element) from images.
Alternatively, having a freehand crop -- which would be good for paper, stickers, almost everything else, especially for scrapbookers and collagers who might not want something exactly around a subject or around the whole subject -- would be a great addition. (To be honest I'd almost prefer the eraser or freehand crop, because I'm one of those use cases who doesn't always want the obvious…

Add a new journal type: Travel journal
Would love to see an option for a travel or vacation journal. Currently, there is only 1-2 templates for anything related to travel. Thanks!

Gradient Page Color
It would be similar to PowerPoint slides. Another app that has a nice gradient feature is Typorama. The slider and direction choices are nice. 2 colors blending would be enough. Three would be even better. I used to just add a picture over my whole page but that made for a bigger file and longer wait.

The ability to add a custom link to all pages or select pages
Sometimes when I’m creating a link, I would like to add that link to multiple pages or all my pages at once. Can we please add this?

Resize photos
Resize multiple photos at the same time. I would like to be able to select and resize multiple photos to be the same size instead of having to crop each one separately and guess about the size.

Fonts
Since the older request was never addressed, I am posting a new request. When searching for fonts I would like to see an easier way, perhaps by alphabetical where the letter of the alphabet shows up on a sidebar. The search bar doesn’t really help much unless you already know the name of the font you like. Also, would like to be able to favorite fonts somewhere!

Apple’s Journaling suggestions
It would be great if Zinnia could incorporate Apple’s Journaling Suggestions into the app. Bubbles Scrapbook journal is a similar app and has implemented it very well. Apple Journal app also has it. We could add moods and prompts into Zinnia then!

Dark mode toggle
It’s been requested twice since 2020, I think it’s time! I get eye strain from how bright the background is on both iPhone and iPad. it’s unusable in the dark, even if I turn my brightness all the way down alongside the extra dim accessibility option. The option doesn’t need to be fancy, just useable. Added a simple settings mockup.

remove lock
Remove the lock from the corner of objects that are added. Sometimes the box is so small and it’s hard to even expand it without locking the item.

The ability to select multiple items in favorites/my stuff and add all of them to a tag group at once.
This would make the tags function for favorites so much easier to use & it would make it a lot easier to keep favorites organized. Also being able to move around/ rearrange multiple selected items within favorites at once or rearrange order of tabs would be nice <3

Bring back the option of a larger floating toolbar
I would really like to see the option of bringing back the larger floating toolbar when trying to adjust items. The smaller toolbar, although compact and out of the way for most things, can also be annoying when making a lot of adjustments.

Tighter search results
I just searched for ‘Postcards’ (because I wanted to check out the collection of postcards – y’know, the ones you tend to send home from a vacation).
What I got were some postcards – covered in piles and piles of journal cards and Post-Its & Co. (ie. neither the post, nor cards that I was looking for, even using the correct spelling (one word)).
Would it be possible to tighten up the search, specifically the search results, so the majority consists of what the user is looking for?
