Work around: Take a screen shot of each page and send them to a company that makes books.
I love that we can save a book as a PDF and save it to our Apple iBooks. It resizes the pages to take up the whole screen. Very useful. Many companies allow you to send PDFs -

I make my own content using an art program. Save stickers or what ever as a png with a transparent back ground. My favorite is Artstudio not the pro version because it is a little harder to use unless you want high definition

As long as content is original allow us to share pages with other users and allow them to use what is shared.

I can not believe my favorite journaling app does not include an automatic current date. Especially when we have to leave the app to see the current date.
