  1. Show page count under each journal

    Page count for each journal, and perhaps a way that it could show the page number on each page. This would make it easier to index each journal.

  2. Customizable resizing with basic shaped stickers (a simple square or circle)

    It’s so hard to find a simple, line drawing of basic shapes (circles, squares, triangles, rectangles, etc.) within the stickers. Perhaps these simple shapes can be available within the stickers OR there could be a custom shape drawing feature as part of the pen tool functionality.

  4. Photo-based scrapbooking layouts

    I would love to see options to do photo based scrapbooking similar to Project Life (base areas to add photos but where you can customize with the embellishments in the app).

  5. Group templates by month

    For instance: the month of may could be grouped together with monthly/ weekly/daily pages and then tabbed for easy access. This way on a yearly journal you wouldn’t have to scroll through a bunch of pages to get to the right one.

  6. The ability to manipulate the shape of text

    It would be nice to type a word or phrase and change it to maybe curve in the middle or create a circle or some other shape out of the phrase.

    Option to have more than one opened journal with quick access tabs somewhere on the screen, or switch journal button for easier switching between frequently used journals

    A built in notification maker that will allow you to set an alarm to remember an event.

  9. Background remover!

    I use zinnia to design mood boards and would love the option to remove the background on decor items I’ve screenshotted off websites. Removing the background would give the ability for a cleaner look and not just a bunch of mismatched squares

  10. Ability to name/rename pages

    When creating link to a page I have to scroll through many thumbnails that lookalike and have no numbers or names next to them, making it very difficult to identify specific page I am looking for. Or if I need to find specific page for specific date - good luck with that…..
    It would help greatly if search was available too

    It would be nice if you could erase with the same type of bush that you paint with. And also the same brush sizes so you have more control of the erasers.

  14. Ability to erase parts of images, templates, stickers and washi tape

    For example, I like to use the playlist template a lot in my book journal, but I don’t want the heading that’s pre-designed with the template. I would like to be able to erase part of the element itself, instead of matching the color of the background page and coloring over it and then playing a layers game. Another example would be if I wanted to use a weekly template for the last few dates in a month, so I didn’t need Sun-Sat and I could erase what I do not need.

    With A Bookshelf spread for ‘My library’ Tracker or ‘Books Read’, a section for book reviews, a section for adaptation reviews, a section for reading challenges, a section for buddy reads, reading habit trackers & stats, quotes, book moodboards, series trackers, a calendar for bookish events & releases, a monthly tbr section, reading goals, expenses tracker, gift tracker, wishlist, a year in books (stats & favorites), personal rating system, etc

    For page layouts! not just calendars and planners! we need journal templates that hold places where you can import images and text!! even cute headers and side subtitles!!

  18. Make the area around the spread a pasteboard.

    It would nice to be able to use the area around the spreads useable as an artboard/pasteboard/desk. Being able to have a few stickers or other assets available to simply drag onto my spreads would make my collages much easier to build and manage, and would save trips back and forth into the Studio.

    Additionally, if I am not sure if I am using a particular item, I could simply move it to the pasteboard for quick retrieval rather than having to delete it and then find it in the Studio again if I decide I want to use it…

  19. More and varied art

    More art styles are needed. There is too much bland art that is trendy, but frankly ugly. New artistic elements need to be released at least twice a month if not weekly. As others have posted, more diversity needs to be represented, not just in religion and skin color but in ideas and styles. We need babies and dragons and baby dragons. We need medical art, housekeeping stickers and botanical print washi tape. We need more media styles like watercolors. We need bold, beautiful colors and please, no more beige or similarly bland colors.

  20. Widgets to show the date, weather, or time

    Perhaps if there was a feature where you could have a widget that would show you different things on certain days, such as weather, date, time, or even daily quotes!
