Make Lasso Tool it’s Own Pen
I like to use my stylus. Switching from stylus to finger is annoying. If the lasso tool were it’s own pen, that would make things easier.

Handwriting is grouped as individual words, not paragraphs
I love writing out my journal entries and lists, but of course I don’t always think of things in the correct order. Currently if I’m writing a list and need to re-order, I have to either click “done” after every item (turning it into a recognizable item that I can either move or delete individually) or erase and re-write the whole list. It would be nice if the app recognized words instead of viewing a whole paragraph as one item.
This would massively increase my productivity and enjoyment of the app. Thanks for considering!26 votes -
Health themed journal with a tracker for exercises, weights/reps
I kinda tweaked a current tracker and uploaded a photo. It’s still not ideal. I’d rather it go the other direction. Id like a A place to list the exercise and columns to list the weights and reps completed for each set.
That along with habits, mood, food, medical info tracking (weight,Blood pressure/blood sugars etc...) would be a nice journal option.26 votes -
Page search when linking
I like buying premade planners and using them in zinnia. However, some of them are REALLY long with over 1,000 pages. I’m trying to link pages I’ve edited in zinnia to other pages within the planner, and it’s a hassle to scroll to exactly the right page. Please add a page # field option as well as the URL field option, so if I know that the page I need is 1172 i can just insert that rather than having to scroll. Thank you!

Make links not so noticeable
So currently when you make text into a link it turns bright blue and adds the underline. I would love a setting to turn that off so my page looks like how I designed it before I added the link

Journal with divider tabs on every page
Adding page number navigation feature within a journal would be helpful. But also adding linkable divider tabs like in a physical planner or binder would be extremely helpful. Different designs and divider topics can be used to help the user navigate easily throughout an entire journal. I would like the divider tabs to be “sticky” and show up on every page throughout the journal to imitate what a physical journal would do. Another app does something similar, but not quite as customizable as I’d like.

Tool to grab screenshots from other apps & drag into Zinnia
It would be awesome to have some kind of snippet tool that allows you to circle and select a portion of another app (while using split screen for example) and easily drag and drop that screenshot into the app

I would like to have some basic blending modes for objects, such as multiply, difference and overlay. This would allow for the layering of objects to create new and unique textures and effects.

Create own sticker
It would be great to have the ability to have a sort of “design space” where you could essentially create your own stickers using the items in Zinnia. For example, I would like stickers for “clinic closed” and appointment dates.

Hyperlinking text, images, or stickers to an actual url to be directed to a website
I think it would be so practical to be able to link texts, images, and stickers to urls. For example if I’m planning an itinerary, be able to click a weather related sticker and it takes me to the weather website of that location or be able to click my hyperlinks on my to do list and take me to an actual url instead of just being able to link within Zinnia. 😅

Customize line spacing and margins in page layout
Currently the available pay layouts are blank, dot grid, grid, and lined. I would like to to be able to customize the line spacing and margins for the lined page. It would also be good o be able to customize the spacing and margins on the grids. I like to leave space top and/or bottom for stickers or other elements. And I like tighter dot grids but bigger line spacing. Being able to customize these features would massively enhance their usefulness

“Soft return” and indented/secondary bullets within bullets - ability to make bullets work as an outline
Ability to make bullets work like an outline, a ‘soft return’ to start a new line that’s indented to match the first without adding a new bullet, and ability to add additional indented bullets (like an outline) for sub-tasks

A button that opens a personalised key/index tab.
Not to keep on the page or part of a spread permanently.

Release new content like calendars a few days before the start of the month. i like to set up my monthly spreads the weekend before the month starts
