Layers System
[Zinnia admin note: It has been asked by several users for some type of layering system, possibly similar to the way "Over" or "Adobe" does it.]

Add the color picker also for page background
Please add the color picker tool also for the color selection of the color of a page. This would help me a lot in finding the right color. As it is already implemented for choosing e.g. the font color, it should be easy to have it as well for the page backgrounds.

I know it’s been added before but a little while back, but please please please, can we get a floating ruler added. It’s like the most fundamental and important tool that is missing and as others have already mentioned, it would make this app 100% perfect.

Directly upload photos from iCloud, Dropbox, Google Photos
Being able to download pics from not just photos, but iCloud, Dropbox, or Google Photos. It would be more convenient than downloading to photos to upload into the app. Direct uploading from cloud storage.

Photo Frames
As using your iPad means you have access to your photo library, it would be awesome if you could use Zinnia for logging photos as well, and in a pretty way with nice layouts like Unfold has available for instagram stories.

Charts, tables, graphs that can be sorted and/or do basic functions / equations
I would like to be able to use tables and graphs the same way excel does. Adding excel sheets or graphs to better track things. When you add numbers in the table, they appear in the graph

You have SO many great calendar and planner templates, but there seem to be no way to make or alter them to make them your own with similar tools. I'm a high school teacher, and would love to create a planner that fits my class schedule.

Add individual pages in Full Journals

Jann: When you are going for full journals, I think a “build your own journal “ option would be great. For example the workflow goes:
- Select your journal style
- Select the pages you need to get started ( pick from available )
- After the user picks the pages are organized in the order they need them
- When you add a new page you have the option to select from preexisting pages in that journal set I.e add a new daily page, and a to do page

Ability to move, hide, or lock drawing toolbar
I would like to be able to select what part of the screen the draw tools show up on, OR have the ability to “hide” the tools. I’m finding that I’m accidentally selecting tools while trying to draw since the tools are on the bottom of the screen, and it means I have to write in an uncomfortable hen trying to write/draw on the planner

Colour fill tool
PLEASE add a colour fill tool :) I don’t have time to colour in habit trackers ever so neatly which is putting me off using Zinnia :( A colour fill tool will settle the issue, like the one you have in Pixite’s colouring app. Many, MANY thanks in advance:)

Page Flip Option
Provide the ability to “Flip Pages” similar time how kindle works. I tend to go back and forth between pages and the page sliding make me motion sick so I have to take frequent breaks.

A single checkbox as a Studio element
In fact more of the form elements as single elements.
I want to create my own forms in my own shapes. Your current checkbox comes with a line of reformatted text and when you scale the box, it scales the text. I can’t make a row of checkboxes only a vertical column. Your plan content containers are fixed scale, as opposed to 4 way scale. I need to track various items from smo campaigns to medication to product breakdown costs… Help a small business owner out?71 votes -
Allow Washi tape to have straight edges instead of ‘tear’ look.
I love using washi tape to add color to my journal, but I don’t usually want the ‘tear’ look on the edges. I would love if users could choose to have ‘tear’ versus straight edge! (I would chose straight edge every time, but assume others may want a tear edge)
