Health trackers like blood pressure, weight, blood sugar. Macros, carbs, calories, etc.

A few ideas:

  • Template where you can see all of your vitals at a glance.
  • Templates to track weight or other health issues.
  • Daily login for vitamins taken and or medicine

We're excited to let you know you can now find health trackers in Zinnia! We have several Ready to Use Journals for tracking weight, fitness, and more. You can also find more content in the studio for tracking macros, calories, mental health, and other wellness-related content. Happy tracking!

    People's medical needs are very different from one individual to the next. I've been looking into doing this and found that in order to get what the general requirements are the templates get very big and filled with a lot of stuff I don't need even if others do. It's not very hard to make a table in word with all the info that's unique to you, save it as a pdf then upload it to My Stuff. And then there us always Etsy.

    Yes, this. I was looking for a blood sugar tracker. I’m new to Zinnia and need this desperately. No reason to pay for something that I can’t use.

    Different medical templates to choose from. Particularly ones to help:
    -Keep track of medications (schedule; when to refill)
    -future and past doctors appointments
    -past medical tests, vaccines, and procedures
    -hospitalization and surgical dates
    -In Case of Emergency contacts and information
    -symptom trackers/ailment diaries (migraine diary, etc.)
    -appointment notes

    To have either a monthly or a master list for medical appointments. I have chronic illnesses and have MULTITUDES of doctor appointments each month and would love to keep track of them outside of the monthly calendar. I hate crowding the monthly calendar ?
