An error occurred while saving the comment People's medical needs are very different from one individual to the next. I've been looking into doing this and found that in order to get what the general requirements are the templates get very big and filled with a lot of stuff I don't need even if others do. It's not very hard to make a table in word with all the info that's unique to you, save it as a pdf then upload it to My Stuff. And then there us always Etsy.

An error occurred while saving the comment This is actually very simple to do. When you create a new page that you want to use over and over, simply draw a last around the entire contents of the page and group it. Then "Save" it to your stuff. Next time you need the page, or menu, or table, select it from "My Stuff" and drop it in the journal where you want it. An Bob's your uncle! He's my uncle too!
