This type of ruler would be very helpful

Need ruler to be able to draw straight lines ; similar to ruler in Apple's notes where you can draw lines at angles etc.

Ruler will help us to draw a line for some innovative spreads

I suppose this is a little more of an advanced idea, but might really make this app even better. I would love to have a custom shape tool. If I clicked on it, I could choose a previous shape I saved, or I could create a new one. If I needed a new one, a pop-up box would appear with a grid. On this grid I would draw my shape that I was hoping to create. If I drew it with an outline only, the tool would drop that shape into my drawing. When I tapped the screen with it, it would be a shape that could be filled with a different color. If I drew the shape with a solid fill, it would drop that shape onto the screen as a solid shape in the desired size, opacity, and color based on the slider bars. The only challenge I foresee would be the ability to rotate the shape, which would be preferred. But I know the app doesn’t offer that even in the current environment. But maybe you could design a new slider/wheel/dial that would allow one to rotate the position of the shape. Thank you!

In desperate need... to be able to create own boxes / circles etc and fill them with desired colour - and perhaps a different outline colour option.
Alternatively be able to change the colour of the basic washi tape??? That would be a start... 🤞

This is a perfect option for anything where you can free hand draw or write. It could even be a separate setting for straight lines and shape detection in case some people wouldn’t want to use it. This is how a note app I use does it, it’s called notability.

When drawing a line of various thickness, or color or brush type holding the pencil down an extra second creates straight lines. Then if you continue, corners snap to creat polygons.

A ruler tool would be great too 😊

It would also be useful to be able to crop things in the app including templates, images, cards, papers, etc

U could use this app to help drawl things that are typically really hard to draw and if you had music I’ll be kind of cool to

I concur with people on STRAIGHT LINES. I was surprised that wasn’t there already. Love the app, but I do need straight lines.

I can’t believe this hasn’t been added yet. I really want to convert to zinnia as my main digital bullet journal but refuse until I can draw a straight line.

Well I think we should have a tool to draw a straight line and be. Able to print the sheets

Yes this would def be very useful especial when creating something that has grid-lines or if you need straight lines in general
